What are NFT World Con Booths?
A Booth is a listing in the NFT World Conference Marketplace that offers the chance for companies to showcase in front of 50,000+ global attendees. There are three different Booth types that offer varying levels of exposure and features, including full-sized colored listings, value proposition checklist, promotional video link, and more. See the booth type comparison section above for more details.
Do Sponsorship packages include Booths?
Yes. Stage Break, Q&A Chat, Track, Speaking and Raffle sponsors will include a free Virtual Booth.
Where will my booths be shown in the Marketplace?
Booth listings rotate randomly within their category.
Will my Virtual Booth be shown first in searches?
Booths will be ranked based on their booth type during searches. For example, a Virtual Booth will always rank higher than Premium and Basic if there are multiple matches for a search query.
When will I be able to build my booth?
Access to the Booth Builder will be within 2 weeks of the event (18 April), and announced via email to the purchaser who ordered the booth.
When will the Marketplace be open?
The NFT World Conference Marketplace is open 24/7 during the event dates itself on June 16th - 18th.
What is a Booth Profile?
A Booth Profile is the heart of your Booth. It's where attendees come to learn more about your company and start a conversation with your staff.
How will the Live Chat work, will someone need to operate your Booth at all times?
Attendees will have two ways to contact your staff:
1. The "Contact Us Now" button that will message your primary Booth contact and start a 1-on-1 private chat.
2. Starting a 1-on-1 private chat with a specific staff member listed in the Contacts section. If your staff are offline, messages will be saved and accessible via your Chat inbox to continue the chat at your convenience. However we strongly recommend your company has one designated contact online during peak hours of the show (9am - 5pm EST).
